The treatment is quick and virtually painless, with most sessions lasting about 30 minutes. A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to ensure your comfort. After your Clear and Brilliant treatment, you can expect minimal downtime. Your skin may appear slightly red and feel warm, similar to a mild sunburn, for a few hours post-treatment. Over the next few days, your skin will naturally exfoliate, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion. It's important to keep your skin hydrated and protected from the sun during this time. Most patients see noticeable improvements after just one session, but for optimal results, a series of treatments is recommended.

In less than 30 minutes, this in-office treatment can transform your skin. A handheld laser device delivers targeted energy to create those microscopic treatment zones. A little warmth is all you might feel, but topical anesthetic can be used for added comfort.

• Immediately after your treatment, you will look and feel like you have a moderate sunburn
• Skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. Redness and swelling may last for 3-4 days
• Your skin will feel like sandpaper for 5-10 days after treatment, do not exfoliate the area for 10-14 days
• Some patients may experience pigmentation changes shortly after treatment and will return back to baseline several days to weeks post treatment
• Some patients may experience a breakout “purge”within 24-72 hours post treatment, this is normal and will resolve shortly, avoid picking as this may lead to scarring.
• Use a clean pillowcase after treatment, avoid touching the treated areas for 24 hours post treatment to reduce infection
• For the next 48 hours avoid intentional and direct sunlight, no exercising or strenuous activity, no swimming, wash face with only lukewarm water, keep skin moisturized
• For the next 5-7 days do not use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acids, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C or anything perceived as active skincare
• Use a physical sunscreen with SPH 30 such as, Evolve skin clear defense spf 45, at all times and reapply often
• Makeup can be applied 2 days after the treatment. Clean makeup brushes prior to using

• Limit sun exposure and use sunscreen daily for at least two weeks before the procedure to minimize skin sensitivity and prevent complications
• Stop using retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), and other exfoliating products at least three days before treatment
• Keep your skin well-moisturized leading up to the treatment to maintain its hydration
• Avoid waxing or other hair removal methods in the treatment area for at least one week before the procedure
• Steer clear of products that can irritate your skin, such as harsh scrubs, for at least three days before the treatment
