How long is each membership?

Each membership term is 12 months and your credit card on file is automatically charged monthly. Your membership renews annually on your sign-up date unless canceled.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, our membership approach is very flexible. We ask that you make a 3-month minimum commitment upon signing up for a Membership. After this, you may cancel your membership at any time. See terms and conditions below for further information. Please note that we do not allow for pausing of Memberships.

Why should I consider a Membership?

Many customers wait for treatments to go on sale but a membership provides discounted services and perks all the time. Why wait? For example with our Lip Membership, all lip filler brands are always discounted to $500 per syringe. Our Lip, Line Tamer and Preferred memberships translate into significant savings over the course of multiple treatments.

What if Evolve runs a promotion that is better than my Membership discount?

We frequently run promotions and want our Members to participate. Rest assured, we will always honor the better offer for you to make your Membership worthwhile. That’s a perk of being a Member – you lock into the best pricing.

I previously purchased a Flex Membership which is no longer offered. What happens now?

We made some enhancements to our Membership options in early 2023 and think the new Line Tamer membership will provide great value and flexibility. However, should you prefer to remain on your existing Flex Membership plan, that is fine too! All prior Flex Members who are in good standing with their payments may remain on the Flex plan. Please note, we are no longer accepting new Flex Members.

As an Evolve Med Spa VIP member, your payments will be collected monthly. Complete payment for products and services rendered must be made at the time of treatment. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
All products and services offered at Evolve Med Spa are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 30 days in advance.
You may cancel your membership at any time after 3 months. Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months. You may contact the Evolve Med Spa location where you signed up and request for cancellation for charges not yet processed. Please note that we do not allow for pausing of Memberships.
Memberships at Evolve Med Spa are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member only.
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a membership.
*For the Line Tamer Membership, you can schedule a maximum of 4 visits per year. Your areas of wrinkle relaxer cannot be banked for a future quarter or future visit. Valid areas for unlimited quarterly jeuveau treatments are for glabella (“elevens”), crow’s feet or forehead. Not valid for masseters (jawline slimming, teeth grinding), platysmal neck bands, lip flip, gummy smile, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), migraines or other off label procedures
Evolve Med Spa reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time if the terms of this membership agreement are not met.
