• Keep your head up right and avoid laying down 4 hours after getting treated
• Avoid sweating, saunas,hot tubs and heavy exercise 24 hours after treatment, otherwise this may reduce the longevity of the product
• You may apply makeup immediately after treatment, but use caution as though this may cause an acne breakout if bacteria gets into the injection sites

• Refrain from taking blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements like fish oil and vitamin E, for at least one week before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising, unless prescribed by your doctor
• Limit alcohol consumption for 24-48 hours before your appointment, as it can increase the risk of bruising and swelling.
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin to ensure optimal results and avoid potential contamination.
• Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment to support overall skin health.
