β€’Microneedling creates thousands of tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin that trigger its own collagen and elastin production. It softens acne and other scarring, refines rough texture and enlarged pores, smooths fine lines and wrinkles, and evens out sun spots and discoloration. Some results below pair microneedling with PRF, PDRN (salmon DNA), a PCA peel or wrinkle relaxers; every photo is a real Evolve Med Spa patient, labeled with the treatment, the number of sessions, and the location treated at.
A full course is usually 3β6 sessions spaced 4β6 weeks apart, and results can last 3β5 years with daily SPF and a consistent skincare routine. Browse by concern below, and tap any result for the full treatment detail.

Microneedling breaks up scar tissue and rebuilds collagen, softening acne scars and other textured scarring over a series of sessions.

New collagen and elastin smooth fine lines and early wrinkles on the face and neck for firmer, more even skin.

Rough, uneven texture and enlarged pores refine as the skin rebuilds, leaving a smoother, healthier-looking surface.

Sun spots, discoloration and uneven tone fade as cell turnover increases, for a brighter and more even complexion.

Every before/after is a real Evolve Med Spa patient, shared with written consent. Individual results vary.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin's surface. These micro-channels stimulate the body's natural collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture, reducing scars, and reversing signs of aging, with no surgery and minimal downtime.
Microneedling stimulates your skin's natural collagen and elastin production by creating thousands of tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin's surface. This triggers the body's wound-healing response, which rebuilds skin structure from within, reducing scars, smoothing texture, tightening pores, and restoring a firmer, more youthful appearance over 4 to 8 weeks following treatment. At Evolve Med Spa, every microneedling session is customized to your specific skin concerns for maximum results.
Professional microneedling sessions should be spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to allow the skin to complete its full collagen-building and healing cycle between treatments. Going more frequently than every 4 weeks does not accelerate results, it disrupts the healing process and can cause chronic inflammation, sensitivity, and barrier damage. At Evolve Med Spa, a personalized session schedule is built during your consultation based on your specific skin concern, tolerance, and goals.
Microneedling results typically last 3 to 5 years when a full course of 3 to 6 sessions is completed and a consistent skincare routine with daily SPF is maintained. Unlike fillers or Botox that wear off within months, microneedling creates genuine new collagen and elastin within the dermis, structural skin improvement that does not simply dissolve. Maintenance sessions at Evolve Med Spa every 6 to 12 months help sustain and build on results long-term.
Yes, microneedling is worth it for most people seeking clinically proven improvement in acne scars, fine lines, skin texture, enlarged pores, and skin firmness without surgery or significant downtime. Results are backed by peer-reviewed clinical studies showing measurable collagen increase and scar improvement after a proper course of treatment. At Evolve Med Spa, microneedling starts at $365 per session, making it one of the most cost-effective clinical skin treatments available compared to laser resurfacing or surgical options.
Microneedling is generally well-tolerated and not considered a painful treatment. A topical numbing cream is applied 20 to 30 minutes before the session begins, which significantly reduces sensation. Most patients at Evolve Med Spa describe the feeling as mild pressure or a light scratching sensation, not pain. Discomfort level varies by treatment area and needle depth, but the majority of clients find the experience comfortable throughout.
Microneedling at Evolve Med Spa starts at $365 per session. Treatments are available as single sessions or in packages, package pricing reduces the per-session cost for clients completing a full course of 3 to 6 treatments. Pricing varies based on treatment area, session depth, and any add-on serums recommended during your personalized consultation.
Yes, microneedling works, and it is backed by clinical evidence. Multiple peer-reviewed studies confirm that microneedling significantly improves acne scarring, fine lines, skin texture, and pore size by triggering the body's natural collagen production. Results are not immediate, they develop over 4 to 8 weeks per session, but the structural skin improvement achieved is real, measurable, and long-lasting when a proper treatment course is completed.

While microneedling is minimally invasive, there's a chance of experiencing temporary side effects. These typically resolve on their own within a few days and are relatively mild. You may experience some redness in the treated area for a few hours following the procedure. This is a normal response to the microneedling process and will gradually subside.
In some cases, especially after deeper microneedling treatments, you might experience some mild swelling. This swelling is temporary and will naturally go away within a short period. Bruising is uncommon but can occur in rare cases. However, any bruising that does appear will usually fade within a few days.
Finally, you might experience some temporary discomfort during the procedure. To minimize this discomfort, we can apply a topical numbing cream before starting the treatment. If you have any concerns before, during, or after your microneedling treatment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our experienced providers. We're committed to ensuring a safe and positive experience for you.

We offer microneedling with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) β the next generation of regenerative microneedling. Like PRP, PRF is derived from your own blood, but uses a slower spin process that retains more growth factors, white blood cells, and stem cells for more concentrated, longer-lasting results. It's the same concept as microneedling with PRP, just more advanced. Ask your provider at your consultation to see if it's right for you.
