I am sharing this review as a 1 star that turned into a 5 star in a simple visit. I've been going to see Trish for my lip flips for almost 6 months now and have always had a wonderful experience with her. However this review is more so aimed at the customer service experience I've received at the Ridgewood location. When I started coming to this location, there was an older woman with blonde hair and gaudy nails that had a really stern look on her face all the time. She was not warm or welcoming at all. I could always feel the judgement through her gaze. During the end of a visit, I needed to cancel a membership. She explained to me that if I canceled and then re-enrolled, I would need to pay and extra $20 per month since the membership was increasing in price. She wanted me to stay grandfathered into the old price. She kept pressuring me to keep the membership explaining how I would be paying extra, which she explained to me already. It was extermely intimidating. I started to wonder if my cancellation was affecting her paycheck? She sure made it seem that way. This encounter almost turned me completely off to going back to this location. I was seriously considering going to another Evolve but I love Trish as an injector and just as a person. (Thanks Trish!) So, I reluctantly scheduled by next appointment. To my surprise, I heared a warm, welcoming voice on the phone. I was then greeted with the same excitement in person. Enter Leigh, the most bubbly and kind-hearted front desk receptionist I have met. I'm not sure if she's the manager but her customer service skills are incredible. She is exactly the kind of person you want representing a place like Evolve Med Spa. She totally converted me back to making the Ridgewood location my go-to spot for all my beauty enhancing needs. Thank you, Leigh for your amazing courtesy. No longer anxious about encountering the previous woman at that counter.

As always love my experience at Evolve.. Leigh gave me my first illuminating peel and she is an absolute sweetheart made me feel so comfortable the entire time and explained everything.. my face glowed and felt amazing!! Trish did my Dysport afterwards and she was a sweetheart as well.. love Evolve Ridgewood.. the staff is always amazing and makes you feel like a Queen!!

I signed up for the preferred membership and I’m so glad that I did! I am prepping for my wedding and had a diamond glow facial with Annette and it was truly such an amazing and relaxing experience! I left feeling glowy and refreshed! I booked another appointment with Annette just before the big day because I truly trust her with my skin! The front desk staff at evolve are also so welcoming and kind! Thank you Annette and evolve med spa! I’d love to try other services soon!

Had an amazing Diamond Glow Facial with Leigh today! My skin looks awake and revitalized. Leigh is truly an expert esthetician. She is super sweet, welcoming, and does what’s best for you and your skin. I will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at my lip filler appointment! Trish was amazing! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Have been going there for few years now and I'm always happy with my results. Have used them for tox, facials, peels, and hair removal. Their staff is all educated on best procedures and products, the front desk is so kind and doesn't treat you as just any other customer, and they even have parking in the back which if you know ridgewood is such a benefit in itself
