I went to this location to be a model for training class. I got dermal filler and tox done. The instructor was super nice, he explained everything in detail and asked me my opinion along the way. The girls were great, they really, really were. Everyone made the process so comfortable for me and the finished product looks amazing! Added a before and after too….

The NP that was doing the training was a solid 100! The students were all great and super nice plus did a great job. Every time I walk into evolve I’m greeted with huge smile everyone’s welcoming I love this place I told all my coworkers about it and two so far have gotten lip fillers and look amazing !

I have been a customer of the short hills, Jersey City, and Hoboken Evolve Med spa for several years now and continue my patronage with Evolve because of their outstanding customer service. I am made to feel appreciated and prioritized, which is not something that many med spa’s will spend their time on unless you are spending exorbitant amounts of money. My earliest experience at Jersey City Evolve was back in 2022 and it made me a return customer. I started with a Botox appointment and two weeks later, a chemical peel. The staff was inviting, helpful, and most importantly genuine. The staff, from the front desk to the nurse practitioner and the aesthetician, were willing to answer my 8 million questions about each type Of treatment. It requires a lot of effort on their part to find appointments on the same day in the same time period, so that I don’t have to keep traveling back and forth to the med spa in my limited time for self care as a working mother of a two year old. I joined a membership plan with evolve in JC and I was able to keep it when I had to move out of the Hudson county area and over to Union county for a year long period of time. I began going to the short hills location and had a wonderful experience there as well. Lexi was and still is a delight to work with when trying to decide what packages to buy and always gives her own advice based on her own experience getting treatments at evolve! My time was a lot more limited during this time period so I did not go many times to
This location. I then returned to Hoboken and began going to the evolve in my own town. How nice it is to walk to my appointments! The staff here goes above and beyond to assist me with scheduling my appointments, sending me reminders, and taking their time, sometimes over a half hour, just to explain their current savings packages as well as their own experience with the treatments. I have by far spent the most time and money at this evolve location and it is money well spent. The staff continues to help me figure out the best ways to use my money and stretch it as far as it can without sacrificing the results I am expect from their work. It’s a delight to come to my appointments and I feel I am in good hands and can trust my provider to do what they think is in my best aesthetic interest and just lie back and relax knowing I am in great hands. If I ever had any issue with any results of a procedure like when my Botox placement resulted in a bit of “Spock” eyebrow surprised look….they said that can happen and apologized and immediately fixed the issue for me. I know I will be treated fairly and my business is appreciated. Feeling like I can trust their staff and that my needs and concerns will be addressed and if necessary, rectified, is a PRICELESS feeling to have when it comes to a woman’s med spa ….and for me that is with EVOLVE!!!

Had the absolute best experience at Evolve Medspa in Short Hills, and I can’t say enough great things about Erica, the Nurse Practitioner there. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for. The spa itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and elevated—but it was Erica who made the experience exceptional.

She took the time to listen to my goals and concerns, explained every step of the process in detail, and made thoughtful recommendations that felt personalized and never pushy. She is warm, confident, and incredibly reassuring!

The results exceeded my expectations. Erica has a true eye for aesthetics—everything looks natural, refreshed, and balanced. If you’re looking for someone who blends medical expertise with artistry and genuine care, I can’t recommend Erica enough.

I have been seeing Fernanda for facials for about a year now (in preparation for my upcoming wedding) and she is the BEST. She makes you feel so comfortable, gives you her expert opinion on your skin, and briefs you on plan of attack before she begins her process. She's so knowledgable about products and is quick to make recommendations which has been so helpful in nailing down a consistent skincare routine. My skin has truly never looked or felt better! Not only is she great at what she does, but she is so sweet and fun. I highly recommend Fernanda.

Special shoutout to the gals who manage the front desk - they are so helpful and sweet. They get to know you on a personal level and it feels like you are seeing friends each time you walk in for an appointment.

I recently had an incredible experience at Evolve, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made me feel at home.
Lexi, the manager, was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for my visit. Laila, the concierge, was also fantastic and lovely—she was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my appointment.
they were both so funny and kind.
Monique performed my glabella botox, and she was wonderful! She took the time to explain the process in detail, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference, and I felt completely at ease. We also briefly spoke with michelle and she was very kind, and transparent about what would work for my friend and i .
