I love this med spa! The staff at the reception desk is always so pleasant and accommodating to meet my scheduling needs. I've received services from several of the medical providers currently on staff and all are super knowledgeable and willing to spend the necessary time with me to address my concerns so I never feel rushed out! Not only do they offer membership discounts and various reward points systems to save me money, I also never feel pushed or persuaded to buy any products or services that I'm not interested in-and that I appreciate the most! They're just great-all around!

Had my first appointment today, and I was so impressed!! The location is beautiful- very clean and bright. The staff is so warm and helpful. I had my appointment with Erica, and she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail and laid out all of my options and outcomes of each. I've been to 2 other med-spas, and this was head and shoulders above. I will definitely be back soon for my next treatments!

I visited the Waldorf location today and my experience overall was a 10/10! Chef's kiss! Loved the vibe and energy from the gate! I was a few minutes late but I was greeted and welcomed warmly, check in was fast and easy, and there was no wait to be seen. My time with Bri was exceptional! She took her time to address all of my concerns, she answered all of my questions thoroughly, she was warm, professional, a wealth of knowledge and my service was quick. I will absolutely be back to buy more services in the near future!
