Morpheus8 RF Microneedling is a new type of microneedling procedure that utilizes tiny needles to emit radiofrequency energy into the adipose tissue and deeper layers of the skin. This process heats and tightens the skin, resulting in a quicker production of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin.

Morpheus8 is an FDA-approved subdermal adipose remodeling device that rejuvenates the skin without laser treatment or cosmetic surgery. It’s safe to use on most skin types or complexions, as long as the treatment is performed by an experienced licensed provider. We use topical numbing for this treatment, and for additional relief for discomfort you may ask your provider for information about using nitrous oxide during the service.

Clients usually notice improvements in their skin a few days after treatment. The results continue to improve for up to 6 months as the body forms new collagen. They typically last for up to a year before the client is encouraged to return for follow-up.

• If getting PRP with morpheus 8, ideally leave the PRP on for at least 4 hours post treatment and then you may use gentle cleanser to remove. Apply gentle post recovery creams afters
• Immediately after your treatment, you will look and feel like you have a moderate sunburn
• Skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. Redness and swelling may last for 3-4 days
• Skin may crust and peel for 3-7 days after treatment
• Some patients may experience pigmentation changes shortly after treatment and will return back to baseline several days to weeks post treatment
• Some patients may experience a breakout “purge” within 24-72 hours post treatment, this is normal and will resolve shortly, avoid picking as this may lead to scarring.
• Some areas may experience “grid marks“ or “chicken skin” for several days to weeks following treatment (depending on the treated area). You may start to lightly exfoliate these areas 14 days post treatment
• Use a clean pillowcase after treatment, avoid touching the treated areas for 24 hours post treatment to reduce infection
• For the next 48 hours avoid intentional and direct sunlight, no exercising or strenuous activity, no swimming, wash face with only lukewarm water, keep skin moisturized
• For the next 5-7 days do not use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acids, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C or anything perceived as active skincare
• Use a physical sunscreen with SPH 30 such as, Evolve skin clear defense spf 45, at all times and reapply often
• Makeup can be applied 2 days after the treatment. Clean makeup brushes prior to using
• May take tylenol to reduce pain or discomfort
• Avoid ibuprofen type products or steroids for 2 weeks

• Limit sun exposure and use sunscreen diligently for at least 2 weeks before your treatment to reduce skin sensitivity and prevent pigmentation issues.
• Stop using retinoids, exfoliants, and products with alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), or other strong exfoliants about one week prior to the procedure.
• Refrain from taking blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or certain supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E for at least one week before the treatment to minimize bruising, unless
• prescribed by your doctor
• Limit alcohol consumption for 24-48 hours before the treatment, as it can increase the risk of bruising and swelling.
• Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment to keep your skin hydrated and support its healing process.
• Avoid other invasive skin treatments, such as chemical peels or laser treatments, in the treatment area for at least two weeks prior to Morpheus8.
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin to ensure optimal results.
